July 27th, Arsenal and Portugal Sports both officially announced the transfer of Yorke. The transfer announcement of Portugal Sports attracted attention, and the transfer fee settings in the announcement were very accurate.

In accordance with the information obligation arising from the provisions, the Portuguese Sports Club hereby provides the following information to the market. The club has reached an agreement with Arsenal to transfer the sports ownership of player Victor Enal Yorkez.

The total financial price of player transfers paid by Arsenal Club to Portugal Sports is 76020513 euros, including (i) fixed installments of 65764103 euros and (ii) floating installments, with floating installments of up to 10256410 euros, depending on whether certain goals related to the players and Arsenal Club's sports performance are achieved.

The above amount includes the financing costs and the corresponding amount of the solidarity mechanism that deals with third-party clubs. Portugal Sports does not charge any agency service fees.
