May 17th The Warriors held a press conference for the end of the season today, with coach Cole and general manager Dunleavy attending and accepting interviews from the media.
Cole and Dunleavy believe that if Curry, Butler and Dream Green can stay healthy and play together for the whole season, the Warriors are not far from the championship. But they also said that the team's lineup needs to be further improved, whether it is to increase height, shooters or players with both offense and defense.
"We talked so much, but just a week ago we were still 1-0 in the Western Conference semifinals. We felt we really had a chance to win the championship. Even now, I still think so. So, I think we are not far from the goal," Cole said.
