Richards points out Red Devils star Amorin must be replaced, but Ineus is worried about a big problem

Mika Richards pointed to a Manchester United star who had to be replaced in the next transfer window, while Alan Hiller claimed they needed to sign four players.

The Red Devils lost 0-1 to Tottenham in the Europa League final on Wednesday night, the most important game of their 2024/25 season.

"I think they need two new full-backs, too," Richards said.

"Dallot performed well in the game, but they needed players who could get into the low defense, but when attacking, they knew how to play at the best level in that position and pass the ball into the penalty area.

"We've analyzed how many times they did this season, and they couldn't get the ball into the penalty area, either a mistake in the shooting or a return to the wrong area.

"I'm not saying that Manchester United players are bad, but they're not doing well under the system that the head coach insists on, and that's the problem."

Richards continued: "For me, the biggest question is whether the players are willing to go there and play under that system?

" This has affected the players' performance now. Hoylund received no support in the frontcourt alone. The full-back did not send the ball into the penalty area at the right time. ”
