According to the "Photo" report, Hanover will not activate the buyout clause of South Korean midfielder Lee Joo-hyun.
It is reported that Hannover decided not to activate Lee Joo-hyun's 1 million euro buyout clause. Currently, the South Korean midfielder will return to Bayern in the summer, and his contract with Bayern will last until 2027. Hanover hopes to significantly reduce transfer fees or reach a new loan agreement with Bayern.
In response to this, Hanover sports director Marcus Mann said: "We can't afford this fee, and I will negotiate with Bayern in the next few days."
