Arsenal will "receive a record offer" to sell key stars after the sale decision was announced; two replacements are in the works

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta.

According to the Saudi professional league's attention, Arsenal will receive a "record offer" against winger Gabriel Martinelli. The Gunners are busy signing, and Kepa Arizabalaga will be the first of several key players during this summer transfer window.

Recent reports also indicate that they are about to finalize a deal between Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard while they are still looking for forwards, wingers, attacking midfielders and centre-backs.

Mikel Arteta's team had a disappointing performance in the 2024/25 season, finishing second in the Premier League for the third consecutive year without winning the trophy, so a key addition is needed.

There are also news that several key players may leave the team this summer, and Martinelli is one of them.

Last month, the winger attracted the interest of Bayern Munich, but Saudi professional league team Arnasl was also considered a possible destination.

Martinelli has been criticized for his poor performance in the 2024/25 season, and the Gunners are looking for at least one winger to compete with the Brazil international.

However, Arsenal's new wingers could be a replacement for Martinelli, and according to talkSPORT, they are "ready to receive a record offer from the 24-year-old" from the Arnasl club.

A possible record-breaking transfer deal is coming, and Al-Nassr "consider buying Arsenal striker Martinelli for £73m".

Although Arsenal is "not willing to sell", they admit that they may be forced to sell if they receive a "too good" offer. The report also mentioned two possible alternatives.

If the Gunners receive a quote that is so good that they cannot refuse, the recovered funds can be used to fund transfers from Newcastle's Anthony Gordon or Real Madrid star Rodrigo.

"The £73 million transfer fee will immediately break Arsenal's transfer fee record, which was maintained by Liverpool's £35 million for Alex Oxlad Chamberlain in 2017. Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta is eager to add fresh blood to the front line this summer as he was plagued by injuries last season and had to use the injury-ridden forward trio for a long time."

Chelsea star Noni Marduk is another potential target, and Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the Gunners have held a "new round" negotiation on the introduction of the England international.

Romano revealed: "It is understood that Arsenal has held a new round of negotiations for Noni Marduk because the player may be willing to accept the transfer."

"There has not been any progress in contact with the club or direct negotiations, but #AFC remains in touch. This has nothing to do with the Eberec Eze's deal.
