On March 16, 1994, Joel Embiid was born in Yaounde, Cameroon. His father was a soldier. For Embiid in his childhood, he had no dream of becoming a professional basketball player. When he was in high school, Embiid studied at Montward College in Florida. Since then, Embiid's personal data has improved year by year, gradually moving towards the ranks of top centers in the league. He won the season scoring champion in 2022 and 2023, and won the regular season MVP in 2022-23 with an average of 33.1 points, 10.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
