Tebas: Real Madrid should be fined for referee video incident, Biba will not supervise Barcelona s financial situation

July 2, La Liga President Terbas made tough remarks on Real Madrid TV's referee video incident.

After the judicial department accepted the appeal from La Liga and demanded the court of arbitration for the matter to be disciplined, Tebas said: "From my legal point of view, Real Madrid should be punished for these videos."

Nevertheless, Tebas did not comment further on the matter during the Spanish Football Association schedule announcement event held in San Juan de Nava, Avila. He also said: "The Court of Arbitration for Sport is there, we know how the situation is, and we will wait and see."

Tebas criticized the issue several times, and the court held that the videos may have violated several federal regulations. In addition, Tebas also talked about other topics, such as Barcelona's intention to sign Nico Williams.

He denied that Athletic Bilbao would send a special person to La Liga to supervise Barcelona's financial situation: "As far as I know, Athletic Bilbao will not send someone to supervise." But he revealed an important message: "Today, Barcelona cannot register for Nico Williams."
