According to Sky Sports, Manchester City midfielder James McCarthy will visit Frankfurt this week. The purpose of his trip was to visit the club facilities and hold talks. The two sides have not reached an agreement yet, so there will be no physical examination.
Bortmond and other Bundesliga clubs have also reportedly expressed interest in McCarthy. Frankfurt is deliberately examining whether the transfer can be achieved, but they have other options in this position.
