Despite some objective factors during the period – such as injuries and prioritization of European competition – winning the UEFA Cup this season is one of the club’s greatest moments, and our decision cannot be based solely on this victory sentiment.

We must remain competitive on multiple fronts and believe that changing strategies will provide the best chance of success next season and in the future. This is one of the toughest decisions we have to make and we have not made conclusions lightly or hastily. We think this is the best decision for future success, not an easy choice.

We have a talented young team and Ang has laid a good foundation for us. We sincerely thank him and wish him all the best in the future - he will always be a guest of honor in the club.
