June 17th In response to some false rumors on social media, Riyadh victory officials issued a statement claiming that the club had removed its CEO Sarul from his position on May 8. The statement of victory in Riyadh reads: The board of directors of the club unanimously passed a resolution to remove Majid Ben Mohamed Sarur Club from its position, which will take effect on May 8, 2025. The board confirmed that Sarul has failed to perform his duties since taking up the position, failed to meet the club's strategic and operational needs, and failed to complete multiple key projects and achieve the expected goals.
Club is currently working to review performances in the past seasons, especially the reasons why the first team's competitive performance is not as good as expected, to ensure that the club's requirements will be met in the future season.
