May 15th, the World Sports reported that the NewEraVisionary Group, a subsidiary of Moldovan businessman Ruslan Birladyanu, intends to pay the original payment due in September in advance, which may help Barcelona pass a financial fair review.

NewEra Group previously purchased 30-year operating rights for 350 VIP seats for 70 million euros. It has paid the first 28 million euros (40% of the total price) in January, and the remaining 42 million euros were originally scheduled to be paid in two installments before 2026. However, since it has basically completed its seat sales, Bill Ladeyanu is expected to settle the payment due in September in advance. Although the specific amount has not been disclosed, the funds will help the auditing agency approve Barcelona's financial operations and bring the club back to the 1:1 salary rule.

La Liga announced in April that it would lower the sports cost limit for Barcelona, as auditor Crowe did not include the transaction of Qatar and UAE investors in the profit and loss statement of 30-year operating rights to purchase 475 VIP seats with 100 million euros. According to regulations, the relevant income can only be recorded after the construction of the individual seat license is completed and delivered. Barcelona consulted Limak and confirmed that all seats will be completed in May. At that time, Limak needs to issue a project delivery certificate and the Crowe auditing agency can confirm the revenue.

Although only 58 million euros are received at present, given the payment guarantee of NewEra, the club plans to include 100 million euros in full. If Bilradyanu pays the second period in advance, it will be more conducive to revenue recognition. Of the 350 VIP seats it purchased, a down payment of 28 million euros was paid on December 31 last year. Qatar Fortia Advisor fully paid the 30 million euro fee for 125 VIP seats by the end of 2024.
