Manchester United starts selling captains! Saudi giants offer 100 million pounds to play the World Club Cup with B Fee

2:23pm, 28 May 2025Football

On May 28, according to the Daily Mail, Saudi giant Riyadh Crescent decided to sign a star player before the start of the Club World Cup. They have set Manchester United captain B Fe as the number one target and asked B Fee to make a decision as soon as possible within 72 hours. After a bad season, Manchester United no longer has the saying of "not selling products". After removing club obstacles, the next transfer will depend on B Fee's own wishes.

At first, B Fee seemed not very willing to leave Manchester United. After all, he was the team's captain for many years and the team's best player for many consecutive seasons. But after losing to Tottenham 0-1 in the Europa League final, he said he would leave too if the club asked him to leave. Manchester United urgently needs to raise funds by selling players to help Amorin rebuild the buyer in the summer window.

Riyadh Crescent is willing to provide a three-year contract for Fee B with a weekly salary of £700,000 after tax, with a total value of about £200 million, including additional terms related to performance. If the attacking midfielder, who currently has a weekly salary of about £280,000 before tax, accepts the offer, Manchester United will receive about £100 million in transfer fees.

Earlier Wednesday morning, head coach Amorin said: "Feb is very important to us and also to the team we want to build. The team did not have pressure in the last game, performed quite well, everyone wanted the ball, the team performed differently at different moments, and at different moments, Bruno Fernandez will take responsibility."

When asked about their future last week, Fernandez said: "If the club thinks it's time to part ways, because they If you want to cash out or for some other reason, there is nothing you can do. Football is like this sometimes. I've always been honest and I keep saying I'll stay here until the club tells me it's time to leave. I'm eager to do more and bring the club back to great days. If one day the club thinks I'm too expensive, or when it's time to break up, football is like this, you never know what will happen. But I keep saying that, and I keep my promise."

Since joining Manchester United in January 2020, B Fee has been a key player for the team. In the past five and a half seasons, B Fee has played in 290 games in various competitions for Manchester United, scoring 98 goals and assisting 87 times. Among them, he played 190 times for Manchester United in the Premier League, scored 62 goals and assisted 50 times. Since joining in 2020, he has second only to Salah in total goals and assists. In this just-concluded Premier League season, B Fee contributed 19 goals and 18 assists, making him the goal-winning and assists champion in Manchester United.

However, due to Manchester United's overall poor performance, B Fee, as the captain, has repeatedly encountered doubts from his own fans. Nowadays, a sky-high fat offer is placed in front of him, and the 100 million pound offer is also a sky-high temptation for Manchester United, who has no European game to play. Will Manchester United sell its captain this summer? In the next three days, we may wait for the answer.
