November 12th: Recently, Chelsea defender Reece James talked about the hot weather in next year’s World Cup in an interview.

James said: "This is a key message, the conditions in the United States in the summer are going to be very difficult, everyone knows that. We are doing our best to prepare for this."

"It is extremely difficult to play in such high temperatures, especially playing in England, we have never experienced such conditions before. Once you get there, as time goes by you We will adapt gradually and minimize unnecessary activities. You can feel the heat as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The weather is very hot and the conditions are very difficult. The stadium conditions were not very good when we played in the Club World Cup, which made the game more difficult, but hopefully the situation will improve when the World Cup comes."

James also hopes that the England team will have enough time to adapt to the climate. They plan to travel to the United States in early June to acclimate to the local environment before the competition begins. "It will help us to start the training camp when the weather is hot. We didn't have much time after the end of last season. We didn't have the opportunity to go to a warm place to train, so we could only face the 40-degree heat directly after the Premier League. There was no time to adapt. Hopefully this season, before the World Cup comes, the team will have the opportunity to be exposed to high temperatures and different climates. This will help us prepare better."

The England team conducted some training in high temperatures before their away game against Andorra in June, using exercise bikes and thermal tents to adapt to the weather. James also knows the importance of this preparation for next year's World Cup: "No one is used to riding in high temperatures, but it is all part of the process and part of team building to achieve our goals."
