Fenerbahce quotes 10 million in Zinchenko, Arsenal wants 15 million; he basically agrees to go

Hupu August 12th, the latest report by the famous Turkish reporter Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, as long as Zinchenko agrees, Arsenal will let him join Fenerbahce.
Early this morning local time, several Turkish media followed up. Fenerbahce's football director Devin Ozek met with Arsenal officials in London and made a quotation of 10 million euros on behalf of Fenerbahce.
Arsenal's asking price is 15 million euros, and negotiations have begun.
