British media: Liverpool sells Kansas for 35 million, and will chase the captain of Crystal Palace in the summer window

This summer, Liverpool has spent £35 million to sign Leverkusen's right-back Jeremy Flynnon. In addition, they have reached a deal with Flynnpon teammate Furwirtz for an initial transfer fee of £100 million, while the club is also negotiating with Bournemouth for £45 million left-back Milos Kerkez.
According to Sky Sports, Liverpool's next transfer deal may focus on the players' departure, with central defender Kanssa currently in "in-depth negotiations" with Leverkusen. It is reported that Liverpool’s asking price for Kanssa is as high as £40 million, which will set a record for Leverkusen’s buyer, but after negotiations, the two sides are close to reaching an agreement with an additional clause of £30 million and £5.5 million.
Leverkusen's new head coach Ten Hach had known Kwansa during his time at Manchester United. He could be the second signing of Ten Hach this summer after goalkeeper Mark Fleken signed from Brentford. Kunsah, 22, signed a four-year contract with Liverpool in October last year.
However, he was not reused by Arne Slott last season, making only 13 appearances in the Premier League. He started in his first season 2-0 victory over Ipswich, but was replaced at halftime and didn't get another Premier League appearance until December. He is often used in the right back position due to injuries.
Kunsah is currently representing England in the U21 European Championship, playing for 90 minutes in all three group matches. According to the Daily Telegraph, if Kunsah leaves the club as expected, Liverpool will make a "major offer" to Crystal Palace captain Mark Guy. Guy has been one of the best defenders in the Premier League over the past few seasons and is almost certain that he will start with England now.
Mark Gey helped Crystal Palace win the first major trophy this season, the FA Cup, which gave Crystal Palace a qualification for the UEFA Cup, which usually could increase his chances of staying at the team, but the Telegraph claimed that Crystal Palace might sell their captain this summer. BBC Sports follows up reports that Liverpool is also willing to sign Guy for free next summer if the deal cannot be reached this summer and he does not renew his contract with Selhurst Park.
