May 27th AFP reported that since joining Real Madrid as a free agent last summer, forward Mbappe has been asking Paris Saint-Germain for 55 million euros of unpaid wages and bonuses. In the dispute, the French international's lawyer received a preservation seizure order for the amount on the bank account of the Ligue 1 champion in April last year.
However, according to AFP on Monday, Paris Saint-Germain has successfully applied for "release of detention" to the executive judge of the Paris Judicial Court. This is a temporary victory for Paris Saint-Germain, but the legal battle between the two sides will continue.
