June 17th News Recently, former NBA player Joe Johnson talked about McGrady's views on the "Nightcap".
Jo Johnson said: "Jamaal is the same draft as me. In 2001, he had good ball control, but his ball control is not better than Irving. He has a rich skill package. He is a big point guard. Sometimes he plays back, but if he says he has better ball control than Irving, he will pass."
Jamaal Tinsley was the No. 27 pick in 2001. He played for the Pacers, Grizzlies and Jazz, and faded out of the NBA in 2013.
