June 2, today, Lakers forward James' podcast program "The Brain of the Field" aired in the ninth episode of the second season, with James, Doncic and host Nash talking about many topics.
Regarding the training experience in teenage years, James said: "I never had a 'basketball trainer' until I was in the second, third, and maybe even fourth year of the NBA, that I had a 'basketball trainer'. My basketball training is about playing on the court. Let's just play. Five-on-five, two-on-two, or three-on-three, and 33-point or 21-point games we played as a kid. It's almost like counting a team yourself, you can be defended by all friends. If I score, I can go to the free throw line and get the ball back. That's where many of my creative moves start - being able to dribble around three or four opponents, dribble behind the back, and physically fight with friends. It really helps me a lot."
