July 24th The Chinese Basketball Association officially announced that it agreed that Yang Hansen would not participate in the national team training and competitions of the 2025 Men's Basketball Asian Cup.
The Chinese Basketball Association officially wrote: "The Chinese Basketball Association has always adhered to an open attitude and encouraged and supported more potential players to train and improve in high-level overseas leagues. The association and the Chinese Men's Basketball Team will maintain active communication with Yang Hansen and relevant parties. I hope Yang Hansen will continue to work hard and train hard, constantly improve, adapt to the new environment and new league faster, become a more comprehensive and excellent basketball player, and better contribute to the Chinese men's basketball and Chinese basketball in the world competitions."
