It is reported that McGinn is about to sign a new contract with Aston Villa. The Villa captain's current contract will expire at the end of next season, and Villa has been working hard to renew his contract. This season is McGinn’s eighth season with Villa. He joined from Hibernian in Scotland in 2018 and has played there ever since.
