On May 17, Real Madrid officially announced its first sign this summer: a penalty of 60 million euros, introducing 20-year-old central defender Dean Hausen from Bournemouth in the Premier League. "As" revealed that if Real Madrid spends 60 million euros, four clubs can get the money: Bournemouth accounts for the majority, Juventus gets the second transfer share, and two youth training clubs also earn compensation.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool all want to introduce Hausen and are willing to pay a one-time penalty of 50 million pounds (60 million euros). However, Bournemouth decided to sell Hausen to Real Madrid: first, respect the player's choices and dreams; second, Bournemouth is unwilling to sell the core defender to Premier League opponents. Real Madrid paid 60 million euros in liquidated damages from
Hausen in three installments, and the last one is December 31, 2027. For Real Madrid, the economic pressure on installments will be much less. Hausen's transfer to Real Madrid is not only related to Bournemouth. Ass pointed out that there are three other clubs that directly benefit from Hausen's transfer.
Last summer, Juventus sold Hausen to Bournemouth for a transfer fee of 15 million euros. The contract stipulates that if Hausen transfers for a second time, Juventus can receive a 10% share of the transfer fee difference. 60 million euros minus 15 million, and multiplied by 10%, that's Juventus' revenue, 4.5 million euros. Juventus would not have thought that Hausen had soared, but it had a total transfer income of nearly 20 million euros, which was also considered a success.
Hausen's two clubs that he played for when he was young can receive compensation for youth training. According to FIFA regulations, teams with players from ages 12 to 16 will be compensated up to 0.25% of the transfer fee per year; teams with players from ages 16 to 23 will be compensated up to 0.5% of the compensation each year.
From 2015 to 2021, Hausen (ages 10 to 16) played for the Malaga youth training camp. As a training of Hausen, Malaga can receive about 0.9% of the transfer fee, slightly more than 500,000 euros.
A club called Juventud Torremolinos can also be awarded the youth training fee.
"Ass explained that in the 2019-20 season, Hausen played for the club's team for a period of time, so he was able to get 150,000 euros. This season, Juventud Torremolinos has been in the fourth-level league in Spain and has been promoted to the third-level league next season. For this small club, 150,000 euros is also considered a "window of wealth from heaven".
