On a personal level, it took me some time to get back to my best level after the injury, but now I feel better and better. My knee is responding well and feeling better and better. Everything I do, if it helps the team win games, that's a lot better. That’s what really matters and that’s what I strive for day in and day out.

What do you think of the ongoing home stadium renovation project?

It looks spectacular. I'm really looking forward to seeing it finished. Every time we arrive at the stadium we can see the progress of the work, which honestly gives us a huge sense of anticipation. The projects we saw were incredible.

I think the new Colisium Stadium will help Getafe achieve a huge leap at the infrastructure level. Having a modern stadium will definitely bring us a lot of joy and the fans will enjoy it very much. I'm really looking forward to the time and being able to see it finished and enjoy it.
