Frank: We learned at 12 noon that we started training at 12 o'clock, so someone came out immediately after that. As far as I know, he received a text message earlier today. Of course, I congratulated him in front of all the players, and everyone gave him applause and hugs, etc.

What specific qualities do you want to have as a midfield offensive midfielder (No. 10), whether it is a new player or an existing player?

Frank: I think it depends on the game to some extent. For example, when we play against Manchester City away, depending on the game situation and other players around you, you may have two back midfielders who are very aggressive and like to get in front of you very much, so you may need a No. 10 position that can run.

Or you can have three forwards, all of whom are excellent runners, or one of them is more creative. So I think I'm not looking for what I need for a specific position, because I think it's impossible to find a player in the position I want, because he has to be a running machine, a pressing machine, extremely creative, able to head the ball, able to kick the world wave, and able to score points, you know, that would be the perfect player, and there are not many such players.

You like players who can play multiple positions, but is there a point in time they have to be fixed on one role?

Frank: I think when you see players perform best, they are likely to play only one position, whether it is the 10th position, right winger, center or central defender, although the central defender is also playing fullback now, some midfielders play No. 10th position, and sometimes No. 6th position.

I think when they reach their peak, they should be at one position, but that doesn't mean they can't play in four or three positions in the frontcourt. Modern football is much more flexible now, and the frontcourt three need to be able to play on the wing and center.
