Crystal Palace official: Canvo joins the team from Toulouse; it is reported that the transfer fee is 27 million euros

Hupu September 1st Crystal Palace officially announced that French youth international Jedi Canwo joined the team and signed a contract for 4 years. According to previous news from Romano, the transfer fee was 27 million euros.

The 19-year-old central defender is from Toulouse in Ligue 1. He made a breakthrough in the first team last season, with a total of 20 appearances. He will wear the No. 23 jersey in Crystal Palace.

Canvo was born in Agentei, a suburb of Paris. He was trained at the famous ClayFontaine Youth Training Academy in his early years, and then went south to join Toulouse, and officially joined in 2021, initially appearing in French C. With his outstanding performance, he gradually entered the French national font sequence and represented the U16, U17, U19 and U20 echelons in competitions.

This is the fourth signing for Crystal Palace this summer. Club chairman Steve Parrish said: "Canwo is an exciting genius. We have been following him for a while.
