On August 11, the Shuangshuang Guiyang 2025 "Study Tour Cup" National Youth Football Invitational Tournament opened in Guanshan Lake District. 32 youth football teams from 16 cities and 22 schools across the country gathered here to jointly launch a football feast with "happy football and cultural football" as the core.

At the opening ceremony, participating teams from 16 cities made wonderful debuts one after another. These teams have their own characteristics. There are strong teams like the Liuzhou Jingxing Primary School Football Team that have won many honors in the competition, as well as new teams like Tongren No. 5 Middle School, and Inner Mongolia Qingshan Road Fifth Primary School and Baotou Xingfu South Road Primary School... which fully demonstrate the vigorous development trend of youth football in the country.

It is reported that the "Study Tour Cup" is an innovative move to actively explore the integrated development model of "sports + culture and tourism". It further breaks the conventional barriers to participation and perfectly combines football games with Guizhou's unique cultural, natural and scientific and technological resources. In addition to sweating and practicing football skills, players can also participate in study tours for free. This "Study Tour Cup" lasts for 8 days and consists of "football match + study tour", namely a 5-day event plus a 3-day study tournament. During this period, the football teenagers will gallop in the cool climate of Guiyang among the lakes and mountains of Guanshan Lake. They will not only compete for the honors of the arena, but will also go to the Guizhou Provincial Museum, Guizhou Provincial Geology Museum, Xiaolan Mountain, Guiyang Hand Memory Museum and other places to experience the profound national cultural heritage and the unique charm of intangible cultural heritage, experience the changes in science and technology culture and rural revitalization, and truly gain growth in cultural exchanges.

It is understood that in order to promote the sustainable development of youth football, Guanshanhu District has specially set up a youth football research base, which is committed to youth football development research, experience and event exchange, and talent selection and delivery. All the 22 schools participating in this competition have become member units of Guanshanhu District Youth Football Research Base.
