On July 17, 76ers star Joel Embiid accepted an exclusive interview with ESPN and talked about this year's playoffs.
"I didn't plan to watch this year's playoffs, so I was completely uninterested because it was not my business. But Halliburton really touched me, and he convinced me to watch the Pacers' Eastern Conference Final advancement, and then I sent him a congratulations message," Embiid said.
"I didn't watch the first six games of the finals until the tiebreak, when I turned on the TV, I saw Harry's Achilles tendon injured, and then I turned off the TV. It was ridiculous, and I was about to cry at that time," said Embiid.
